Definition of the tension machine sensor
With the development of information processing technology and the rapid development of microprocessor and computer technology, it is necessary to make progress in the development of sensor. Microprocessors are now widely used in measurement and control systems. With the enhancement of these systems, the role of sensors is becoming more and more important. Sensor has become the key part of the automation system and the robot technology, as a structure of the system, its importance becomes more and more obvious.
In the broadest sense, the sensor is a device that can convert a physical quantity or chemical quantity into an electrical signal that is easy to use. International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC:International)
Committee (Electrotechnical) is defined as: "the sensor is a measurement system in the front part, it will be converted to the input variables to be measured signal". According to Gopel et al. Is: "the sensor is a sensitive element that includes the carrier and the circuit connection", and "the sensor system is a combination of some information processing (analog or digital) capability of the sensor". Sensor is an integral part of the sensor system, which is the first pass of the measured signal.
German and Russian scholars believe that the sensor should be composed of two parts, that is, the part of the sensing element and the circuit of the initial signal. In this sense, the sensor also includes the circuit part of the signal shaper.
The performance of the sensor system depends mainly on the sensor, the sensor to convert some form of energy into another form of energy. There are two types of sensors: active and passive. The function of the sensor is often compared with the 5 senses:
Photosensitive sensor - visual sound sensor hearing
Gas sensors, chemical sensors, smell taste
Pressure sensitive, Wen Min, fluid sensors - touch
Compared with the current sensor, the human ability to feel much better, but there are also some people feel superior to sensor function, such as the human with no sense of ultraviolet or infrared radiation, feel electromagnetic, colorless and odorless gas etc..
